1 whole Gummy gives a potent and pleasant buzz - no unpleasant effects.
½ a Gummy gives a mild high and pleasant lift in mood.
¼ of a Gummy cuts the edge on my arthritis pain, but may be too little. I will cut one in thirds to see if that is the best dose for me.
