Coat the bottom of the pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, add brownie mix, hot water, and egg, and slowly mix until well blended. Pour batter into the pan.
Follow the suggested baking instructions or insert a toothpick to check doneness.
Allow to cool when done.
Cut into 10 equal parts. Each segment has approximately 50mg THC.

Best Brownies !!!
These are by far the best THC brownie pre-mix that I have ever tried. Taste is great and they keep well for days. So much easier than having to make your own weed butter. Not as Potent as homemade, but for the amount of effort involved,I think anyone will be satisfied.
